1 General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the qqee platform ("Platform" or "Service") and all related services. By visiting the qqee website, registering an account, or starting to use the service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform. qqee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and you will be notified after each change.

1.1 Definitions

• "qqee" or "we" — refers to the entity operating the platform.
• "User" or "you" — any registered or unregistered visitor.
• "Member" — a person who has successfully registered an account.
• "Platform" — qqee's website, mobile application, and all related services.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

1.2 Scope of Terms

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on qqee, each user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a legal citizen or lawful resident of Bangladesh.
• Must provide complete, accurate, and verifiable personal information.
• Cannot open a new account if a previous account has been banned.
• Each person may hold only one account.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be true and up to date. qqee reserves the right to verify information at any time. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account suspension or termination, along with forfeiture of the associated balance.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the qqee support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

To deposit funds into your qqee account, you may use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

Each deposit will be reflected in the account after confirmation. If you experience any deposit issue, contact support immediately and keep the transaction reference.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Account verification (KYC) must be fully completed before making a withdrawal. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required for verification.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions Related to Bonuses

qqee's first deposit bonus is a 150% bonus, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,500 in bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500, and you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 before withdrawing.

Bonus funds are not direct cash — they are a matched reward subject to specific wagering conditions.

4 Betting and Gaming Rules

4.1 General Gaming Conditions

All games on the qqee platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Each game outcome is determined through a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) process. There is no way to alter or influence game results.

4.2 Sports Betting Rules

Separate market rules and conditions apply to sports betting. The officially declared result of an event is considered final. If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended for an indefinite period, separate rules apply to the relevant bets.

• Once a bet is accepted, the stake cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, it will be considered void.
• qqee reserves the right to make decisions on bets placed on suspicious or manipulated events.
• When placing a multi-bet (combining multiple events), all selections must win.

4.3 Special Conditions for Casino and Slot Games

For live casino, slots, and other games, it is your responsibility to understand the specific rules of each game before playing. Games available on qqee are from various providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, etc.), and each game has its own RTP and operating rules.

4.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets or play games.
• Bonus abuse or claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Using another member's account or stealing their information.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain unfair advantage.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. This bonus applies once only and is valid for the first deposit only. For example, depositing ৳26,800 gives ৳20,000 in bonus, making a total balance of ৳46,800, and wagering of ৳20,000 × 25 = ৳5,00,000 is required before withdrawal.

5.2 VIP Cashback

qqee's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each level — this cashback is calculated based on the weekly net loss. Example: a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

qqee reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the following situations:

• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• If a bonus is claimed using false information.
• If a bonus is claimed through multiple accounts.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

6 Privacy and Data Protection

qqee collects, processes, and stores your personal information. Full details of how these activities are managed are provided in our privacy policy and data protection document. By using the service, you are considered to have automatically accepted the terms of that policy as well.

6.1 Purpose of Data Collection

9 Limitation of Liability

qqee will not be liable for any loss arising from the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Loss caused by problems with the user's own device or software.
• Loss caused by the failure of a third-party service provider.
• Loss caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

9.1 Service Availability

qqee cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen reasons. qqee will not be liable for any loss incurred during such periods.

10 Amendment of Terms and Termination

10.1 Notice of Changes to Terms

qqee may amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified by email or on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

10.2 Account Termination

If a member wishes to close their account, this can be done through the support team. All pending bets must be settled and any withdrawable balance must be cleared before closure. qqee also reserves the right to terminate accounts without notice in cases of policy violation.

10.3 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable prevailing law. In the event of any legal dispute, the decision of the relevant judicial authority will be accepted.
