The favourite usually has lower odds. For example: if Team B wins at decimal odds of 1.80, a ৳500 bet returns ৳900 in total (৳400 profit). In American format this is -125, meaning you need to stake ৳125 to win ৳100.
In handicap and over/under markets, the outcome can be understood without a stake example: the handicap gives one team a head start in runs or goals, while over/under indicates whether the total score will be above or below a set line.
